The Critical Mineral Processing Company (CMPC) produces 2 million+ tons/year of high-value materials (e.g: lithium hydroxide, rare earth oxides, nickel-cobalt sulfate) by 2040 through a mega multi-elements refinery in Texas. With a dedicated rare earths wing, CMPC breaks China’s refining monopoly, supporting U.S. defense and industry.
Our Approach
Our mega multi-elements refinery, powered by sustainable energy, will use zero-liquid-discharge systems for environmental excellence. Modular units in Ukraine, DRC, Africa, and LatAm process rare minerals, feeding concentrates to the U.S. for final refining. AMI partnerships ensure equitable, efficient supply chains.
