North America Critical Elements Corporation
Empowering Africa's Mineral Future Through Win-Win (50/50) U.S.-Africa Partnerships.
About NACE Corp
North America Critical Elements Corporation (NACE Corp) is a forward-thinking mineral exploration company dedicated to unlocking Africa’s immense mineral potential through the Africa-American Minerals Initiative (AAMI). In strategic partnership with the United States, we prioritize sustainable development that places African nations and communities at the heart of progress.
Our mission is to transform Africa’s mining sector by accelerating responsible exploration, introducing advanced North American technologies, and building robust local capacity. This approach creates thousands of high-skilled jobs for Africans, develops essential infrastructure, ensures greater value retention on the continent, and generates sustainable revenues for national development. By breaking the resource curse and fostering true economic sovereignty, NACE empowers African economies to thrive while contributing to secure, diversified US supply chains for critical minerals essential to the reindustrialization efforts.
A True Win-Win Partnership (50/50) Between America And Africa
NACE Corp, through the Africa-American Minerals Initiative (AAMI), redefines U.S.-Africa cooperation by establishing a true win-win partnership based on a 50/50 approach. Unlike traditional models favoring extraction and export, AAMI ensures equal value sharing: advanced U.S. technologies and expertise accelerate African minerals development, while African nations retain half the economic benefits through local processing, high-skilled jobs, infrastructure, and sustainable revenues. This equitable collaboration strengthens U.S. supply chain security, empowers African economic sovereignty, and fosters mutual prosperity for long-term strategic alliance.

NACE Corp's Structure
NACE Corp, the parent company based in Golden, Colorado, structures the Africa America Minerals Initiative (AAMI) around two specialized subsidiaries: NACE Exploration, dedicated to geological engineering for rapidly converting inferred resources into proven reserves, and NACE Capital, focused on financial engineering to monetize these assets through royalties, streaming agreements, and asset-backed securities. These two pillars ensure a holistic, ethical approach without direct extraction.
The AAMEX, 50/50 joint ventures with African governments, guarantee skills transfers and equitable benefit sharing, promoting economic autonomy without debt for African States.
The CMEC (Critical Minerals Exploration Center) in Golden serves as a global hub, while local NAMECs (National Mineral Exploration Centers) deploy massive operational capabilities: et total of 2,000 drills, 50 million annual sample analyses, aerial fleets, creating 50,000 direct jobs in Africa.
The ultimate goal: transform Africa's immense inferred resources into proven reserves, at a speed and scale absolutely unprecedented in the history of the global mining industry.
