At North America Critical Elements Corporation (NACE Corp), through our flagship Africa-American Minerals Initiative (AAMI), we are committed to unlocking Africa's vast critical minerals potential in close partnership with the United States.

By fostering responsible exploration and development, AAMI prioritizes lasting benefits for African nations and communities: creating thousands of high-skilled jobs, transferring advanced technologies and expertise to local workforces, building essential infrastructure, and generating substantial revenues for national development.

These efforts empower African economies, promote inclusive growth, enhance energy access, and support environmental stewardship – all while contributing to diversified, secure global supply chains.

Together, we are building a prosperous future where Africa's mineral wealth drives sustainable progress and shared prosperity for generations to come.

Why It Matters

The Africa-American Minerals Initiative (AAMI) will radically transform Africa's mining sector by shifting from inefficient artisanal mining and unsustainable exports of raw ore to advanced local processing, creating thousands of high-skilled jobs, transferring cutting-edge technologies, and building modern infrastructure. It empowers African nations with greater value retention, sustainable revenues for development, enhanced environmental standards, and true economic sovereignty over their mineral wealth.

01

Breaking the resource curse in Africa.

The AAMI will break Africa's resource curse by shifting from artisanal mining and raw exports to local processing, retaining greater value, creating high-skilled jobs, building infrastructure, and channeling sustainable revenues into diversified national development.

02

Laying solid foundations for an efficient African mining sector.

Accelerating exploration through AAMI will build a much stronger African mining sector by rapidly identifying high-potential deposits, attracting massive investments, creating skilled jobs, developing infrastructure, and establishing sustainable, diversified revenues for long-term economic stability.
