OUR PROJECTS
We make available innovative technical and financial solutions to African mining companies to help them produce more and better, and enable North America to diversify its critical minerals supply chain by integrating more reliable and responsible partners.

THE BOKÉ NEO INDUSTRIES PROJECT
The United States now wants to move away from a simple logic of humanitarian aid to favor commercial partnerships based on trust and mutual respect. The objective is to establish Africa as a major economic player, thanks to access to technology and the creation of industrial opportunities, guaranteeing mutual and sustainable benefits.

A really fair and win-win partnership
Win - Win
The integrated project that will change the situation in Guinea by significantly increasing the volume of bauxite processed locally.
Alumina plant (1,000,000 t/year)
-
Instead of exporting raw bauxite, the plant will allow the first stage of refining into alumina to be carried out. This local transformation significantly improves the added value captured in Guinea.
-
The Bayer process will be adapted to minimize environmental impact and optimize alumina quality.
-
The plant will include pre-treatment (crushing/grinding), digestion and precipitation sections, as well as a calcination unit.
-
A waste management system (red mud) will be planned, in coordination with the brick manufacturing plant, in order to recover part of this waste.

A 400MW power plant
-
The choice between hydroelectric or LNG cogeneration will be made in consultation with the Guinean authorities, depending on the availability of resources (existing dams, access to gas, etc.).
-
The aim is to provide stable energy for the alumina plant, the brick plant, and adjacent infrastructure.
-
The surplus electricity produced can benefit neighboring communities, stimulating the development of small businesses and improving living standards (access to light, food preservation, health services, etc.).

Valorization of Bauxite Residues
The "red mud" from the refining process contains elements that, when mixed with clay, make it possible to make strong and economical bricks. This approach contributes to reducing the environmental impact, transforming mining waste into a resource for construction.
Construction of 50,000 homes across Guinea
In Guinea, there is a significant demand for affordable housing. The use of locally produced bricks will reduce the cost of construction and facilitate rapid construction. These housing units aim to improve the living conditions of families, particularly in areas close to mining infrastructure.

The BNI project focuses on the local transformation of bauxite into alumina and the transfer of technologies.
The Boké Néo-Industries project aims to make the Boké region a leading industrial hub in West Africa. By unifying bauxite extraction and processing, energy production, and waste recovery (for bricks) in a single unit, NACE Corp demonstrates its desire to create an integrated value chain. The establishment of 50,000 housing units illustrates the inclusive dimension of the project, which aims to stimulate local development.
