01
Machinery at the disposal of African Miners.

02
Geological and Mining Expertise available to local mines
NACE Corp provides technical support to its local partners to ensure the implementation of modern operating methods, strengthen their skills and comply with safety standards. This transfer of expertise guarantees reliable production and sustainable development.

03
Funding to support our local partners (mining companies owned by Africans).
NACE Corp provides advances to its local partners to stabilize their cash flow and boost their mining operations. By injecting liquidity quickly, we enable them to cover initial costs, acquire equipment and secure production.

Our Vision...
Modern mines, operated by Africans, for Africans.
Our business model is unique in Africa:
It industrializes mining by providing machinery, financing and expertise to African operators, while guaranteeing substantial royalties to communities. A concrete and sustainable benefit for an Africa that values its own resources.
10 Reasons to Join NACE Corp. AMI
01
Securing the Flow of Ore
and On-site Valorization
Through the AMI, African producers sign stable supply contracts with NACE Corp, and benefit from its modular plants. Not only are minerals sold regularly, but local processing increases added value, ensuring more income and jobs for the country.
02
Profiting from the American Diversification Strategy
The United States, seeking to secure its supply chains, now supports “win-win” partnerships with Africa. Thus, African governments adhering to the AMI can obtain financial and diplomatic support facilitating the modernization of their mines and the industrial upgrading (refining, pre-processing).
03
Provision of Machinery and Modular Factories
Local companies are leveraging North American technology and engineering to rapidly boost their production capacity. NACE Corp provides high-performance mining equipment to local mining companies to boost their ore production. Ores that will then feed NACE Corp's processing plants, located directly in the country, near the mining sites. The processed ores then have a higher market value and more direct and indirect benefits for the host country's economy.
04
Financial Benefits and Advances on Production
Within the AMI, NACE Corp offers adapted financial packages: leasing, advances on production, cash flow support. Small local mining companies can then mechanize their sites and invest in pre-treatment infrastructure, reducing unit costs and stabilizing revenues. All this constitutes a major opportunity for African mining entrepreneurs, traditionally faced with almost impossible access to financing.
05
Valorization of Local Transformation
By integrating NACE Corp's modular plants, African countries no longer simply export raw minerals. They benefit from a first stage of refining or concentration on their soil, increasing export value and creating a ripple effect on local industry (suppliers, services).
06
Creation of an Industrial Ecosystem
Efforts at mechanization and transformation trigger an industrial dynamic: logistics, maintenance, specialized training, etc. Governments see this as a way to diversify their economy, and investors are interested in a more structured business climate thanks to the support of the AMI and the new, more pragmatic approach of American policy, less based on development aid and the promotion of so-called universal values (human rights, democracy, etc.), but rather on give-and-take and win-win trade.
07
Transparency and Compliance with ESG Standards
NACE Corp promotes transparency (traceability, audits, anti-corruption) and environmental protection (responsible waste management, water management). African governments and mining companies thus gain international credibility, attracting more funding and sustainable partnerships.
08
Technology Transfer and Training
In addition to financial support, AMI offers a concrete transfer of skills: training workers in the use of heavy machinery, management of the transformation process, advanced maintenance. Local communities then develop industrial know-how that remains even after the installation of NACE Corp.
09
Securing the Supply Chain and the Market
With this partnership, African producers benefit from a secure market while feeding the North American supply chain. Raw materials are processed locally and then shipped to be finalized in the United States or sold globally. The United States and partner African countries benefit from stability, profitability and reliability.
10
Maximizing Economic Benefits for Africa
Finally, the AMI is not limited to simple extraction: by transforming locally, the value before export is multiplied and more skilled jobs are created. Tax revenues increase, strengthening the capacity of governments to invest in priority sectors (infrastructure, health, education).

Il est temps que les ressources de l'Afrique profitent aussi aux africains.
Governments and entrepreneurs in the African mining sector, dear brothers and sisters,
Today, we face a historic opportunity: to add real value to the countless mineral riches that the African continent is full of. Too often, these resources have been exploited without local populations feeling sufficient positive impact, whether in terms of improving living conditions or creating sustainable value chains.
With the Africa Mineral Initiative (AMI), we wanted to propose a truly win-win partnership model. Its principle is simple: mechanize and industrialize local mining operations, with financial and technical support provided by NACE Corp, so that each project can realize its full potential. For your part, you remain the owners and decision-makers of your deposits, while benefiting from essential support: equipment, training, infrastructure, and above all, direct and privileged access to a secure market for your minerals: the American market.
This approach delivers tangible benefits in terms of technology transfer, jobs, community development and skills development. By joining forces, we can ensure that Africa’s mines no longer just supply the planet, but also support the prosperity of Africans themselves.
I therefore invite everyone to join the AMI, so that together, we can achieve this common destiny where Africa succeeds in making its mineral resources a truly inclusive engine of growth.

Chairman of NACE Corp.
AMI: When Africa and America unite for Mutual Growth
The Africa Mineral Initiative (AMI) is part of a new direction in U.S. foreign policy toward Africa. Rather than limiting itself to humanitarian aid, moral lessons on human rights, and the promotion of democratic values, the United States intends to focus more on economic collaboration and the creation of a business environment conducive to endogenous development. The idea is to achieve a win-win partnership, in which Africa finds ways to transform its vast mineral reserves into sustainable wealth, while America gains access to the raw materials essential to revitalize its industrial base.
In this context, the AMI embodies this desire to shift to a more pragmatic commercial approach: America provides the technologies, financing and logistics, allowing African entrepreneurs to modernize their mining infrastructures and produce more, better and more profitably. For their part, African states and local mining companies, by partnering with the AMI, secure long-term outlets and raise production standards (training of operators, mechanization, compliance with environmental standards). This exchange, driven by American expertise and investment, constitutes a decisive lever for the development of a new generation of African entrepreneurs, thus perpetuating the industrialization and economic growth of the continent.
